Udvar – Hazy Center and the growing South Riding community, The Dolce will offer 243 guestrooms, a full-service bar and restaurant, exercise room, indoor and rooftop pools along with 20,000 sq.ft. of banquet / meeting space and associated amenities. TA Group, Inc. is currently providing design management, value engineering and preconstruction services with general contracting portion of scope scheduled to start in the third quarter of 2020.
